The full process of product recall has been mapped based on the FSANZ Food Recall Protocols Model.  The system can be rapidly altered to cater for any recall situation. When a recall is required, the business starts the process and at the proper time and in the proper sequences the engine routes data and content required to perform the recall tasks to a user who has been pre assigned to look after the task. Along the way it may create data, automatically fill letters, emails, SMS, send them off wait for replies, update databases, alert other users something is happening, schedule or reschedule other tasks, or wait for other conditions to be met before advancing.
